Insurance
We accept Highmark/Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and UPMC Commercial plans. Please note that insurance accepted depends on the specific therapist that you see, as not all providers accept all plans. We are unable to accept Medicare and Medicaid plans. Please inform us of your insurance plan when you request an initial appointment. Fees associated with insurance claims (e.g., copays and deductibles) are determined by your specific plan. Please call your insurance company if you have questions about anticipated insurance costs.
Out-of-pocket (Self-pay) FEES
If you are not using insurance for your sessions, you can elect to pay ‘out-of-pocket.’ Out-of-pocket rates are as follows:
New Patient Evaluation: $200.00
Follow-up Sessions: $175.00
In some instances, you might be able to request ‘out-of-network’ reimbursement from your insurance company. We can provide documentation after the 10th of each month, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Self-pay rates are due after each session and we are not responsible for any insurance reimbursement requests.
Cancellation policy
Scheduled appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24-hours of the appointment. You can receive one free late cancellation or missed appointment per calendar year. After that you will be charged for the missed session.
Payment Methods
Debit/Credit/HSA & FSA Debit accounts are preferred. Please notify your therapist during scheduling if you would like to pay fees via check or cash.
